What’s Included.

Both the Solo and Team plans include one state, and clients may choose any one of the 50 states or Puerto Rico.
Additional states can be added as an optional add-on for providers relocating, allowing coverage to expand beyond the standard service area.

Medicaid and Medicare enrollment assistance is included as a standard service. If you do not need these enrollments, we can substitute them for assistance with an alternative payer.

Each plan includes three payers in addition to Medicaid and Medicare. Most of these will be commercial payers such as BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and Humana, though the client has the freedom to choose. If more than three payers are needed, additional payers can be added as an add-on service.

An NPI uniquely identifies a healthcare provider in electronic transactions and claims, ensuring accurate billing, streamlined communication, and compliance with federal regulations.
CAQH is used for initial credentialing and ongoing recredentialing, so you must keep your profile updated. Payers often import your CAQH data when you enroll and use it again for periodic reviews or audits. Keeping information accurate and attested on time prevents delays, denials, and extra admin work.
Those two are essential components of practicing your profession.

All credentialing activities including sharing documents and sensitive information and signing the service agreement are handled securely through our portal.
